The name of the facility, "n.5", means “between things to nurture oneself”, and we created a place where employees can freely use the space for their own personal growth by encouraging personal growth through relationships between the 1st place (home) and the 2nd place (office), between employees, and between the town and their families.
The design motif is a box and a door, based on the excitement of what employees can do for their personal growth, and the meaning of n.5, a space in which they can feel the space between them. In addition to being used as a corporate satellite, the space can also be used as a place for personal activities, such as gallery exhibitions, for employees' personal growth, and as a place to spend time with family members based on the concept of “Life Based Working.
