来館者のクリエイティブマインドを育てることを目的としたミュージアムを運営するオフィス空間。創造性を刺激する「ありえないオフィス」という要望からプロジェクトが始動した。コンセプトは “STORAGE”。クリエイティブな活動を包容する倉庫空間。様々な活動が沸き起こる異空間で生まれるクリエイティビティーがコンテナに積載され、みなとみらいから世界へ向けて発信されるように、と願いを込めてデザインを行った。

An office space to manage a museum that aims to nurture the creative minds of its visitors. The project began with the request for an “impossible office” that would stimulate creativity. The concept is “STORAGE”, a warehouse that encompasses creative activities. We designed the space with the hope that the creativity generated in this unique space, where various activities are sparked, will be loaded into containers and sent out from this area to the world.
We conceived of a place that would inspire the creative activities of the staff and allow them to naturally permeate the visitors. The spatial composition is not a series of closed boxes, but rather a series of open boxes connected by a large plaza. The users are excited to see the creative activities, and the makers are encouraged to work while feeling close to the creative activities. We aimed to create a space where users and makers can enjoy living together and build a close relationship.
